The Sealift2 floating docking system

FAST                     - Fast 1 hour turnaround and faster cruising speeds

EFFICIENT          - Dramatically improves fuel consumption and increases speed

ECONOMICAL    - Regular hull cleaning is a cost effective alternative to expensive anti-foul
                                 painting

ECO-FRIENDLY - potentially toxic washoff is filtered and disposed of in accordance with strict
                                 environmental guidelines

Sealift2 is the result of 30 years design, construction and operation of pneumatic dock systems
and related services. The floating dock has been designed to lift yachts and motor boats at sea,
allowing cleaning and other forms of external maintenance ( anode replacement, prop changes
and general below water services) to be carried out quickly and efficiently.
The docks combine speed and stability with a double lifting arm design, giving the boat owner a
fast, cost effective and completely new cleaning and maintenance service.

What we offer the boat owner and the marina operator

Each installation can support a craft for any period of time, but importantly, a complete lift and
clean operation can be performed in under an hour allowing for a throughput vastly superior
to any other system in operation at significantly lower costs. This allows boat owners to
have
regular hull cleans, thus getting optimum performance from their craft
whilst saving money and
maximise their time on the water
.

The high throughput of our docks (10 boats per day) yields excellent returns on investment
when compared to traditional alternatives such as travel lifts and cranes. Installation is
straightforward,  without the need for expensive civil engineering works usually associated with
installing a travel lift.

If you already have a travel lift installed, Sealift2 will complement your existing facilities by enabling
you to offer fast cleaning, diagnostic and surveying services whilst optimising the use of existing,
shore based facilities for longer term jobs such as re-fits and engine replacement - a combination
that will attract more boat owners and increase customer satisfaction levels.

Other services we can offer are :

Clearing propellers

Anode replacement – Supplied by Sealift2 or the boat owner

Anti-foul painting

Hull cut and polish from waterline to gunwhales

Propeller changes

Quick hull examinations for buyers or sellers

These services are charged at a separate rate to a lift and clean based upon time and labour
costs The first dock is in operation at Cowes on the Isle of Wight and lifts can be booked now.
